Did you know, the Sonoran Desert is the second most biodiverse area (along with the middle east) for bees in the world, with over 800 species?!

The Arizona Sonora Desert Museum currently has a "Protecting Pollinators" project in place to focus on understanding the diversity and ecology of native bees in addition to putting forth efforts to protect their habitats. Visit their website to learn more!
